Batchelor Middle School

The physical form must be completed on or after April 1, 2023 to participate in any sporting activity for the 2023-2024 school year. Students will not be allowed to practice/play until the entire form is filled out. This form needs to be turned into Batchelor Middle School's front office or emailed to Mr. Bodie directly (gbodie@mccsc.edu).
